Meetings and Minutes

Pyecombe Parish Council meets regularly usually on the second Tuesday of alternative calendar months, although this arrangement is sometimes altered in order to ensure maximum attendance of this rather small Council.

Date and time of meetings to be confirmed by statutory posting on notice boards or website.

All meetings commence at 6.00pm

Members of the public have a right, and are welcome, to attend meetings of the Council, 15 minutes in total will be allowed for questions to the Council from members of the electorate on Agenda items.

Please note that future meeting dates shown here are provisional and are sometimes altered in order to ensure maximum attendance of our relatively small Council. The date of the next meeting will always be advertised clearly on the local notice boards or website.
